Thats where the Morphy Richards soup maker comes into play with this quick and healthy roasted pepper and tomato soup. All you have to do is chop tomatoes, peppers and 1 stalk of celery – the rest is done by the soup maker itself.
It’s very easy to use. Start by removing all stickers and round leaflet from inside the soup maker, wash it with soapy water, rinse, dry, add all ingredients for your soup, add hot water, close the lid and plug in the cable. Lights should now start flashing. Press button “MODE” to select preferred cooking method (smooth, chunky, juice or blend) then press “SELECT”. On the screen you should now see the time in what your soup will be done. It’s 21 minutes for smooth, 28 for chunky and 2 for juice. Piece of cake? Surely! It’s definitely better than when I use hand blender, plus I don’t have to wash a million dishes, spoons, ladles, saucepans you name it.
With 21 minutes in my hands I washed all dishes waiting in the sink, sorted out freshly washed laundry and quickly hoovered two floors of the house. Can this get any better? Yes. Soup maker is easy to wash, with soapy water and soft sponge.
It makes perfect late Christmas or birthday gift for busy people, just like me!
